In a way, I kinda miss the snow in upstate New York. I remember as a kid, we used to have at least 1 to 2 feet on the ground most of the season! With the exception of brief thaws that would occur.

I live in erie, we get snow too (not this much, but we still get a lot). We just got 18 inches in the last two days from lake effect. It is such a pain to deal with.

wow i live in michigan and thats how much we get here but up in the up they get like twicw or 3 times that much im talkin like 8 feet and sometimes even 15 feet its crazy

I love snow,I always wanted to live in a snowbelt area...I lived in chicago but never got as much as michigan or western ny....Thanks for sharing....I now live in Madrid Spain and need to drive about 30 min to the mountains for snow :(

I'm from the Lake Ontario region and hate where I live in California. I would trade my 365 days of boring, migraine inducing, polluted, bright, weather for a mere day of snow, overcast clouds, birds, and an empire of skeleton trees. It makes me feel alive.
