ToS is the games most hated class, it's wastly overpowered. At level 80 everybody hates the class, it one-shots everybody, and as a bonus to all that power it also can heal quite good! You really shouldn't complain about the game's most powerful and easy class to play. Roll a PvE servers if you have problems with gankers...
I have a level 80 demonologist on Tyranny, one of the open pvp servers. I really really loved this game and gave it a lot of support. I hope they can fix the imbalance issues with characters. My demo became an easy kill for evel level 50+ characters. During beta we were fine, but a dev made a change and that was it for me.
This game is for melee characters, there really isnt any way for a spell caster to stand up under that spike damage.
Emilnyb is totaly right, try roll a mellee especilly Sin or Barb and if you have problem with ToS you will find a reall pain once you reach 80... :) btw why everybody think they can play on such challenging server as Tyranny is?

Soldierclasses are a joke.The prime example is the tempest of set the most easiest class to ply and it is a healer who dps way out the roof.
Aocpvp is comparebole to tempest of set.And no one taking pvp serious can call that pvp..Aocpvp is fun but fail atm classbalance=retarded
