im getting a 2010 Fit Dak from craigslist. It is grey with blue rims. I am pretty sure it has custom parts on it, but there are no Fit logos on it. The guy said he got the bike with no stickers originally from the previous owner. is there a way i can see if it is actually a Fit by looking at details, or serial numbers?

does anybody know how to get sealed bb bearings aout of a frame ?

once youve removed the BB axle you need to knock the bearings out from the rear of each bearing/cup. something like a long bolt will do,

put the bolt thru the centre of opposite bearing and rest it against the back of the bearing/cup you wish to remove,

then hit the bolt with a hammer. the bearing will try to come out wonky, to stop this you need to knock it out equally (ie start at top, then bottom, leftside, rightside etc. some will pop out after the first whack
