Dude they dont whip them. They use a thin reed that snaps when it hits them. Its very brittle. When you train these dogs you dont ever want to hurt them. Everything you do is about building up their confidence, not setting them backwards by hurting them. But wouldnt that seem logical?

You have very good sense. There are much more non paper dogs who come in like this than paper dogs.
