As well as the architecture and technology to improve public transit with high speed trains and glass barriers at stations for protection, and of course, the plans for building homes and buildings over the sea.

When the oil runs out the city of Dubai will be covered by the desert even quicker than the World Archipelago is being eroded by the ocean.

There is a big difference between invading Iraq and Invading Poland. As a German you should have to wait at least 100 years after Hitler before you can judge other countries. And if you have to judge, consider that the post wwII period of American supremacy has been one of the most peaceful times in history.
