paperwork, common law, uniform commercial code, oaths, jurisdiction, constitution, bill of rights, blacks law dictionary, inalienable/unalienable, freeman, human, civil & criminal, sovereign, acts, statutes, national & international treaties, legislation & so on, are they not all hearsay, fictitious & ambiguous?, isn't it just a meeting of the minds?....type in imbatman57 in youtube & talkshoe.com
" I Worked it out with my lawyer.", she says. I'm surprised the cops didn't say "Well, if you don't leave you and your lawyer can work it again after we book in county for the night." But that PAO stayed cool like good cops should.
That Sgt. was way way more polite then he needed to be. How about you just cooperate. You have no recourse and nobody wants to watch your silly videotape. Just cooperate and don't be such a pain in the ass. You were acting like a child playing the "I'm telling my dad game." The ACLU doesn't make the rules on the street, The police do. You are a fool.
Private property is just that private and legally they can sak you to leave. If it's not city property than it's private property including the parking lot.
If the circus group that you are trying to inform people about is infact treating its animals cruely then I'm all for your cause. But if the property is privatly owned the owner of the property reserves the right to ask you to leave at anytime. I don't believe it is private from the video. So I believe your in the right.
Thank you Leban323. It was all worked out between my lawyer and the captain of the Civil Affairs Unit that I had the right to stand where I was standing. Yet a sergeant from the Civil Affairs Unit still tried to get me to leave.

But she's not here to state state law? So that makes the law any different? That's bull.

Thanks! Yes, that's what we're doing (no thanks to the Philly cops).

This is awesome! I presume you are passing out leaflets on the conditions that circus animals live in? If so, keep it up!
