Do you have to seperate the crickit babies from the adults or can you just leave them to breed an pick out the size you want when your feeding ? If you do have to seperate how do you do it ? Wana try this but wana make sure i get it right
Hi Matt thanks for the info check out dirtiest jobs crickets well worth a look the vids are on you tube see how the big boys do it. well worth a look buddy some awsum crickets...... and by the way you have got me breeding the darn things now
i was trying to breed crickets but the babys kept escaping because they would climb up the glass then out the screen please reply so u can say directly to me
they cant climb glass.. however they can climb the gasket adhesive that holds the glass together. put tape over the gasket adhesive and they can no longer climb out.
have you tried to use just water crystals from wal mart? its the same stuff as the fluckers and you get 1000000X more for the same price. i use it for breeding my kingworms and mealworms. crickets smell like shit so i dont breed them but cool vid man.
so let me make sure i have this down, i havent had any luck with breeding crickets, so pretty much i keep about 100 adults in there for 1-2 weeks, then take them out and move the dirt to another tank? and for food i use flukers cricket yellow stuff and beardie food for food?

Hi buddy I just use room temp and mine do fine so you could save some bucks on electricity bill

@fifeplaster
thanks dude
I read from professional breeders how they do it.
The eggs hatch rate is crazy high if you have the temperature correct. they come out of dirt faster and get larger faster.

do u leave the light on all the time or turn it off at night
fish171 2 years ago
i left on all times till the crickets start getting big. then reducing the light time slows the growth.
