@d251070 no, his product does work, just not perfected, hence 'we're not perfect'....he's mad that everybody is blaming just on apple, and not the other phones. did they have a press conference when that blackberry bold lost signal? no. of course he's mad, shit i would.
@gaphoogys thats ture, but 2 things made the iphones problem so popular, 1 the shape that encurages that kind of grip and 2 when u buy an iphone at about 700 $ u expect to be perfect, im not mean i just speac the facts
Doesn't take a scientist to figure out it wont have as many problems if you incorporate the antenna within the iphone instead of exposing it. Doesn't break the laws of physics either, comeon thats a lame excuse!
We've got an EXTREMELY "sophisticated" system.......doesn't he always say Apple has the MOST SOPHISTICATED system? I think he just likes to show off how great he thinks Apple is, its getting old
My Sony Ericsson Vivaz does this from time to time. I tried to replicate the "death grip" and saw signal degradation. The phone is a nice phone, but it just shows that it is indeed a problem with many more phones, not just smartphones.
@oKaloC Do you put a case on your blackberry? With a case on the phone it might not happen. I took the case out of my iPhone 3G and did the same test and the bars moved down and when I held the phone from the middle, then the bars moved back up. When I put back the case on and held it on the lower side, the bars did not move and it was steady. If your blackberry doesn't do it even without the case, then more power to you :)
@oKaloC My iphone 4 does not do this. Its only happening to some people in low to weak signal areas. My wife's HTC Hero does this but you do not see HTC Coming out and doing press coverage.
@thefireguy22 Way to take a joke in return. My response was meant to be somewhat funny since most people use their cells for everything, many people are actually shedding the land line. Thought you'd get it.
@endlessdream94 srry i was just expecting the response to be from your average internet asshole. and yeah its cheaper to get rid of the house phone but sometimes its good to have one. if you think about it, there really isnt a need for it.
Steve was a genius at damage control, better then anyone I have ever seen.

Instead of radio waves they should use x-rays, because we all know that x-rays can get past a human hand.
Problem solved, you’re welcome.
