Prasat Preah Vihear has always been a Cambodian temple! The Thais have no right to claim it. I love both countries Cambodia and Thailand, but the Thais should learn to accept the fact that this temple is Khmer!

i visited this temple in july 2008 during the thai occupation of khmer land. we were on a motorcycle tour and we stayed the night with the commander of the cambodian police on the front line.scary. after hearing the stories from local people i began to hate the greedy thais but you're right you can't generalize about a country. all i can say is; many thai's are greedy. i have a lot of love and respect for cambodia and its people

Have you guys ever seen Thai build tons of stone temple as Khmer? They never have such an ability to build these kinds of heaven on earth's temple. But one thing that they are good at, taking from without permission, steal from, cheating, lying, teasing, and bla bla bla.

Thai had always teach their children since elementary school that Preah Vihear and even Khmer land are their for many generations and now the generation that was a baby grow up and believe that it is really their history. So that is the reason that Thai people really think that Preah Vihear is their, they even think that Angkor Wat is their. Thai people need reteach their history.
