Go to your console by pressing "~" and type "player.setav shoutrecoverymult 0" and press enter. This will set ur cooldowns for all your shouts equal to 0 so you can do a million "Fus Ro Dah's" one after another with all your shit. should make for a cool video! "player.setav shoutrecoverymult 1" sets the recovery back to normal.
