You use teh momentum not only in the dive, but more importantly, in the second you trust yourself into the air.

Never start at ground level, always try to practice on some kind of elevation.

Then, go do it on ground level.

A proper jump, can´t be done with just the legs, you need to use your whole body, pull some momentum from every muscle in your structure.

The same with the side flip, you need not only speed, but strength and a fluid notion in your whole body.

The blur effect was either done on after effects, or it's just the camera which has rack focus or depth of field.

The text effect has to be done with a few programs. The text effect has to be made in a 3D modelling program. Then the scene has to be matchmoved (3D motion tracking) then it is composited in after effects.

This is how I would do the effects. Not sure if this is how they were done here.
