Even though i did that part 3 times on the n64 i never could do it on the 3ds haha cuz i always did it by moving the block to the exit, go to the switch with iron boots and swim back up to the block and jump up to the exit but now i know the actual way to do it haha thanks

Please help me I'm kinda lost now.. I followed the video exactly but when you cut the video and took your break you said that you dropped all the way down and went into the room where we met the Princess and lowered the water level all the way down. Well I dropped all the way down and went in there and swam up but the water isn't high enough for me to make it up to where I would lower the water level. So what did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

The 3ds version isn't the nintendo 64 version, its the gamecube verson.

The huge stones you push have a icon which the mirror shield have too.

On the nintendo the icon was a half moon with a tiny star inside but the icon on the 3ds is the same as the gamecube

Wow, I didn't think there would be walkthroughs for this game this early. I just use walkthroughs for the 64 version, same thing haha and I get to see how the two games differ graphically. I got stuck in the vortexes too then I just took the boots off and swam away haha

Its easier to take of the boots at that one where you had problems with and just swim up against the wall. Then you can put them back on. Just make sure not to get close (obviously).
