i bought that phone in september 2009 so less than 1,5 year ago and 3 weeks ago the bottoms stopped working, cant turn it on...quite fast !!!cant be fixed!!! didnt dropped it and never water it!!!!but thats sony ericsson...dissapointed\!

which model is the one kind of like this? mine is white, thick, it has a charm slot on the bottom left corner, and it has a walkman feature? it also has an orange button for the walkman under the W logo. and it also has small white circles for the navigation keys..

it's white and a very very dark pink. if u look at it far away it looks red but if u look closely, it looks more on the pink side.

well althought they look same they arent, the buttons on the w580i have a ball on the keypads which cracks but on the w595 its just a normal keypad so no they dont crack on this phone, if u look at both keypads u will see the difference. i love this phone and so far ive had no problems with mine.
