It's high time India should realize that private, consensual sex act is not the domain of the State. NGOs should lead a campain like "right to sex" similar to the constitutional rights of right to live, or right to private property. Sex is private, and your sex organ is also a private (property). What you do with it is solely your business as long as you don't violate other's right, or infringe onto other's private property. State should completely decriminalize or rather legalize prostitution.
This is frustrating..I dont know when our so called egalitarian society will accept PLHAs as humans..a long way to go definitely and so v have to unite for these people's basic rights..
