  • How are the various supplements "natural" bodybuilders take any more natural than steroids? Protein isolates are manufactured to give the body extra protein, creatine is manufactured to give the body extra creatine, and steroids are manufactured to give the body extra hormones. Bodybuilding is not natural, however you do it.

Aside from that, you're looking great, and without steroids? I am impressed!

  • this looks 100% natural !!! good training and creatin i think!

  • how long (years) did it take you to get to where you are now? what's your normal squat/bench/deadlift like?

  • Mate... I started going to the gym 3 months ago. When I started I was benching 40kg for 10 reps in first set. Today I benched 54kg for 10 reps in first set. Is that a good progress for 3 months? Please answer, I'm dying to know what you think :)

  • @MrRajguitar "no homo" dat's awesome

  • the art of god

  • that's a beautiful achievement. and it's reasonable that you're a natty, i can spot a roider from a mile away. it still gives me pleasure seeing that there are still a few good folk out there conserving the real art of bodybuilding, and not submitting to the drug addiction attitude celebrated by the "top elites" and their greedy supplementation companies' collaborators.

  • How did you do that ? It's amazing. Really amazing !

  • That is some serious diet dedication and hard work, mad respect jase.

  • Damn dude props

  • go natural! :D

  • what ratio of macronutrients do u use on ur cut? when i cut im not that defined, but rather more veiny. im curious to know how u got so defined! great job!

  • dude, your "musculation" is top notch. i luv lifting but my diet is not good and i drink like a fish. props for your self discipline!

  • 1,2,3 and 4

  • Like the look of your..er..everything...

  • @younggun132 thx bra

  • first thing i thought was; I dont want my ass to look like that, shredded. but i guess it only looks like that near a contest, when most fat and water has been drained from the body, not on a regular daily basis

  • @jimbrausky on the nose bro

  • Nice ass:) How often do you workout??

  • very good men !

    any advice for definition?

  • I don't care 'bout your ass, you could use mine instead

  • what the fuck am i looking at

  • wicked sick!!! nice!!! someday im gonna engage in competitions as well.. but i still need to get definitions.

  • Instantly impressive.

  • wt did ur diet look like?

im dieting for a show i can use as much help as possible

  • that must be the greatest feeling to have all of that muscle tone

  • man i wanna get lean and big too, and i like ur arms man they are nice, well defined and proportioned.

do any of u guys know good cardio routine

  • @ak47ava you've got a lot of learning to do lol

  • Which protein powder are you taking at the moment? i bet its optimum nutrition or myofusion! ?

  • how much do you free weight squat?

  • Do you still look like this?

  • @chi2capcorn i'm naturally pretty cut. but this was right before a contest so i was at my lowest bodyfat and a bit dehydrated. so short answer no, but close - kindof.

  • @jasonsadventure Are you ever going to do another video?

  • The human male ass is never pretty no matter how well trained ..

  • @qopemail ok. so ah, r u saying u prefer the primate female ass?

sorry bro, but i can tell u from my own experience and 1,254,241 views that

a large devoted segment of human society violently disagrees with ya bro.

  • @jasonsadventure nope i agree with him

  • @jasonsadventure natural means without roids but with supliments ? some bcca , glutamine , protein ?

  • @DarkPirat17 exactly!

  • @DarkPirat17 Sort of, having natural muscle means you can work less to get a ripped body. A friend of mine had a naturally defined 6 pack and chest when he was 16, never did a sit up or push up. He use to get older boys asking him for tips on how they could get as cut as he was and he couldn't give them an answer because he never worked for it, he was just ripped.

Theres a name for it but i cant think of it up my head.

  • @jasonsadventure hmmm..... dat fine ass. Can't wait to try that out in bed. No homo

  • @AGanimeH rofl!

  • @jasonsadventure so by that logic the remainder of the human population, a figure around 6.99 billion people wont like u, seeing as they havent watched ur video? lol jus being a cunt bro, good work. keep it up, remember haters will hate. usually cos they are too narrow minded to think of anything constructive or too jealous to admit someone else has done well

  • @qopemail You haven't seen my ass yet. :P

Way hotter than these STEROID losers with fucked bodies!

  • @qopemail I have met many women that begs the different.

  • /watch?v=52sjrjXcdSI

    teen bodybuilder

  • it doesnt look natural because it isnt sorry bro no offense but your not fooling anyone

  • I would truly hate to look like this.

  • How many years did you training

  • fucking great dude wow

  • what kind of supplements do you take and what is your diet like? pointers would be much appreciated.

  • 1:02 he has muscles on his muscles..

  • how do u get so lean? honest to god u dont look natural! wats ur diet and training regime like?

  • @arodhoopdogg Bulk up to get some muscle then -kcal untill you're on a low fat%. Easy in theory. A lot harder in practise. Might take years.

  • @123hardcoretyp oh shit, u just worked my ass bro. i have done as u requested

but with regards to sups, there r certainly exceptions to every rule. but few have the genetics to build big ripped muscles without sups. moreover some can without even training

but these r the exceedingly rare & genetically gifted minority. for the vast majority of us (me included) sups r required for our digestive system to achieve protein levels needed to slow muscle catabolism & foster hypertrophy

  • i clicked on the video because i wasn't sure if it was showing an arm or a leg

  • @HungryEyes42 why is it that the totally butt-ignorant don't know enough to shut-up

oh wait... if they did, they probably wouldn't be butt-ignorant.

damn, what a fucked-up catch-22 - we are so doomed

  • supplements are not natural fruit vegetables and meat are natural you dumb ass..

  • @grits1863 supplements are mostly derived from meat and vegetables you dick head. Creatine is primarily found in red meat, amino acids in eggs and protein in almost everything. If somebody takes a multivitamin instead of eating a box of assorted vegetables every morning this would be wrong in your book?

  • @hunter101209 absolute peak of perfect training methods and frequency, proper nutrition, understanding of one's own body mechanics, and outstanding natural symmetry and shape. The trained eye can detect the tell-tale signs of what makes this physique natural. Dense, slender, and close to the bone. Unmistakably hard work and hours of pain.

  • @jasonsadventure omg man...idk you can put up with all these stupid comments...seriously it drives me insane just reading some of them...i guess it would for any bodybuilder. great job though man and train like an animal

  • @steveoo6 thx man and i can understand how a bunch of people have questions about training, diet, genetics and stuff. but what crazy ironic are those that don't know, swear they do, and take the time to write down what they're clueless about

  • Yeah.. those things that give you 'only' endurance for the training or those which give you power and even the painkillers musn't be steroids as far as I look at this guy...

  • Excellent, if that's not roids. Good mass, great tone. How long did you train to get there?

  • bro, pleasgive me any advice to grow my front delt. mine are the tubborn ones. thanks

  • Am I the only person who DOESN'T want to look like that?

  • @im2wr of course you're not. there is not one single thing that "everybody" wants. so beyond that obvious fact bro, what's your point?

  • @im2wr Yeah, you wanna be a fat Mr. Macdonalds 2011 just like everyone else wants

  • @JohnWelsch lol...

  • This is natural ? Don't make me laugh, natural muscles are not so round and huge, you've just abused of musculation

  • @shibuyagto sorry dude, but you're an ignorant moron.

  • @jasonsadventure You've made musculation SO your muscles aren't natural. You can't get "natural" if you do musculation, without steroids or not;

  • @shibuyagto r u making up words bro?

    a) what is a "musculation!?"

    b) do u know the terms "natural" and "without steroids" are synonymous in bodybuilding?

so when i say "natural" it means "no steroids." nothing else.

  • @jasonsadventure If you do bodybuilding, your muscles aren't natural. You got natural muscles in all sort of sports, like climbing, fighting, swimming, but if you only do muscular devellopement it's not NATURAL for the sportsman i am; maybe for you it means you hadn't use roids but you can't become "all natural" if you're bodybuilded.

  • @shibuyagto yo bro, do you realizes your arguing about the definition of the word "natural?"

just curious, is english your second language. seriously, i'm not trying to be a dick or anything.

  • @shibuyagto Steriods do not alter the shape of your muscles, they just enhance your ability to train harder and more often and grow larger than what you would naturally be able to grow, which brings up another subject. @ jasonsadventure "Natural" to everyone else in the bodybuilding world means you don't use steriods. Although we all appreciate your philosophy, everyone else in the BB world recognizes the term "natural" in that sense. There are even "Natural" BB federations. INBA, PNBA etc.

  • @Jmorgan721 i think we're on the same page? i.e. natural = no steroids

a simple concept that's difficult for some to master.

  • @jasonsadventure Yea, after re-reading I was responding to another post by "shibuyagto" that I thought you wrote. Sorry.

  • @Jmorgan721 no..steroids do enhance muscle growth. they are sometimes used medically for patients that have a low muscle-mass due to AIDS or cancer. Also, if roids didn't enlarge muscles, then what would you say to the man with the biggest arms ever recorded? steroids have many effects, and muscle growth and excess energy is one of them.

  • that ain`t natural....be serious....look at the muscle stripes, u can`t get that in a natural way

  • @IcemanGl being serious is good, but being ignorant doesn't help.

for some loosing fat is a genetic challenge

    for others, it's gain muscle

and every guy's natural testosterone production will drop-off as they age.

so your statement bro shows only that you're ignorant

many can do a whole lot naturally

and there are genetic freaks naturally bigger and/more ripped than i am.

  • are u black, or is that bb tan?

  • @batterycock lol... it's amazing u cant tell

  • gross

  • @daddywankee dumb

  • the dificult here is not create muscle is make it fat dissapear,..........because this man has like -10% of bodyfat xO!!!!!

  • WOW! NATURAL STUD!

  • Growth hormone?

  • @MrRae101 nope... i mean really bro.

look at my size. gh makes you huge.

  • how long ( be honest) did it take you to get that body?

  • @jvboy88 a while 2yrs hs, 4 yrs college and through grad school.

but what ur really seeing is contest prep & pre-contest dehydration

  • have you gotten any bigger since then.that was a while ago, and by bigger, more or less filled out more

  • good proportions buddy but regardless, juicing or no juicing that physique is achieved by devotion, diet and cardio (ANY ROID USER CAN ACHEIVE SIZE). Even if that wasnt natural you do not realise how many chumps juice and cant actually make it to there goal. You should be proud of the acheivement and writing natural over the page wont change a damn think, most of the folks commenting dont know what its like to diet till your head spins out of control. keep it up MR>Natural :p

  • If it's not a big secret make some video lessons about diet and training. You have awesome results man.

  • well done man, fo course youll never meet what the size those do with roids, but im sure ur size took years of dedication and hard work gj man

  • if this is naturall.......then good job

  • good work - to all the doubters, its the small and young crowd who are on roids 9/10 times because they want to bench press the world and get huge for summer. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle - I'm a genetic freak as well, so thank you for thinking we are on steroids - it gives us warm fuzzy feelings knowing the we can achieve what puny girly men need to do with steroids.

  • I can't imagine the work you've had to do to get your gluts like that.

I just can't seem to get anywhere with mine. Clenches are all that seem to work. What the hell can I do to see some fast results?

  • jesus how many shows have you won so far?

  • It looks natural to me...

  • maybe he don't use steroids but not all ppl can have a body like him...this guy have a lot of luck for his genetics...is too hard make a body like him...congratulations if u haven't used steroids :)

  • wow it looks as tho u have mastered every single muscle in ur body. its very amazing and strangly hypnotizng watching u show them off =o awsm job, seriously

  • Sorry dude...but i dont believe that gaings with that low fat % are natural

  • @rcg9000rcg yo bro, it's all good. no apology needed.

u disbelieve out of ignorance & that's the whole reason i posted my clip

    to combat ignorance.

the more lifters understand about diet, genetics, training & age

the more we'll reach our health & fitness goals

  • @jasonsadventure You know whats good for muscles? heavy cargo lifting.

I used to do it and i had bigger wrists and when i was let go because the company was bought off by another,i had lost weight but i also lost some muscle in my wrist.

  • @piromaniac9999 bro, what do u mean, "muscle in my wrist?" u mean ur forearm?

  • @jasonsadventure Yeah i mean forearms sorry.

Heavy lifting with caution had made me have stronger forearms.

It is also possible i had thicker arms due to being 7 kilos heavier because i had lost some weight.

  • @jasonsadventure <Yeah forearm.

I used to do heavy lifting so its possible that this had made me stronger from the lifting.

The problem with heavy lifting though, you can hurt yourself if not done correctly.

  • @rcg9000rcg hey jase i left a note in your inbox u look like a bronze ifee statue and i love the panning in slow automation as ur muscles dramatically metamorph into powerful hard sections of unbelievable shapes in all that flexing u do u kee ur hard work going ok? bye now

  • LOL you dont need steroids for a body like this

Go hard at gym and lift right for 3+ years, proper food, good supplements, and 100 sprints + HIIT interval training = ripped + low body fat

  • Nice buns bro o_O

  • big enough?

  • how long did it take you to get like that?

  • hard to beliele thats this is natural...but in case it is, well, respect dude!

  • @breedingpitmetal as long as you know that "natural" in bb means "no steroids," yup, i'm natural & thx.

  • @jasonsadventure wow great physique bro! awesome symmetry, conditioning, and separation. what show did u compete in?

  • @jasonsadventure yup, by natural no synthol, steroids etc. is meant. whey, amino-acids, all that shit can be found in food... even creatine

  • Got to Love it! You might love my channel too!

  • dude as much as i admire your muscles and your dedication to them i really don't wanna look at your ass

  • @loveless660 rofl! that's totally cool bra, u can skip those parts.

  • @loveless660 LMFAO!!!!!!!!!! my sentiments exactly but I give him props for his hard work..

  • @loveless660 That's just a muscle group, brotha. nothing is wrong with it..it's just muscles.

  • @loveless660 LOVELESS66O YOU ARE ONE JEALOUS STUPID SON OF A BITCH

  • What are they calling steriods a natural product now.

  • NICE..

  • the triceps is BOSSLIKE! is this video from right after diet and dehydration? how much is your weight/height? what do you eat during a diet?

    great motivation video thanks man.

  • Perfect body! do you do high interval training for cardio and fat burn? i guess you used optimum nutrition os something hugh brand! are you still lifting?

  • do you take protein shakes? coz most of them have other things worst than steroids mixed inside them. But if you say your not on steroids than good on you man, keep it up.

  • @smdbch1

bro, seriously? do u have any idea what ur talking about?

i mean if you do, then name one thing that

    a) "most of them have" that is

    b) "worst than steroids"

dude, no offense, but that is just complete and utter bullshit.

i call u out, not to be a dick, but so that people don't get confused

  • @jasonsadventure I see by the way that you got defensive and upset that you do take protein shakes. And dont insult my intelligence BRO. Here ill give you a link about the sort of chemicals found in them, and i can get you thousands more. So dont be ignorant ok. ill send it by message coz it wont let me post it here.

  • @smdbch1 yo i'm sorry if u were offended.

but i don't want false information going out on my page.

it's no insult to ask you to backup your claim

if you say that "most of them have stuff worst than steroids"

don't post a link or a blog or what someone else says.

you don't need thousands, our hundreds. all you need is one.

    so name one... just one

and if you can't have the intellectual honesty

to admit that you were wrong

  • @smdbch1 thanks for info, but the article you cites refutes rather than supports your assertion that "most [protein shakes] have other things worst than steroids"

this is from the article, "for most of the protein products tested, consumer reports found levels of contaminants in the low to moderate range."

this is the opposite of what you asserted.

  • @jasonsadventure it actually does support what i said. For example there is mercury found in some of them. Mercury is toxic to our body and can cause damage to brain function, kidneys, liver, spleen and other vital organs. It can also lead to other diseases. And it damages DNA so if it has no effect on you then it will definately impact your kids and grandkids, if your planing on having any.

  • @smdbch1

u didn't say "some protein shakes" u said "most" and that's false

mercury is a toxin but it's found in virtually any seafood u eat. worse than mercury is arsenic & arsenic is found in our drinking water, air, cereal and a host of other products u consume daily.

my problem with what u said is that it's deceptive & fear mongering

u tried to say all protein shakes are less safe than any other food

that's patently false & not supported by that article

  • @jasonsadventure if you eat the right things you dont need protein shakes. you will get better results than with protein shakes. Of course is mercury in sea food but which asshole company would put mercury into protein shakes.i think what he wanted to say that some companys put mercury in it and some other lead.

  • @FaustSatans

dude, mercury in the shakes (all of which were pre-mixed liquid shakes), was from tainted high-fructose corn syrup which went into the general food supply, not just liquid protein shakes. no one intentionally puts mercury in a food product

    bodybuilders need 1.5g protein/kg, 561g if ur 170

    ur body can digest

    - 28 g of chicken protein every 2 hrs ( 3 breasts )

    - 40 g of pre-digested whey every 90 min

    do the math bro

    u want to gain muscle

    u need protein shakes

  • @jasonsadventure

if you dont like chicken drink/eat eggs. this will be digested faster than meat i think.

it works perfectly for me but you sound like some advertising guy why should people spend so much money on protein shakes. okay i see it works for you but you sound like someone is paying you for this.

can you send me the source of your numbers

  • @FaustSatans sorry bro, but ur a little lost.

1 - ur digestive system is simply not capable of extracting sufficient quantities of balanced protein from supermarket foods alone (eggs, tofu or soy) to build bodybuilder muscle.

2 - modern protein powders (whey & casein) r pre-digested & amino-acid balanced to enable low stress processing by our digestive track unmatched by other foods

3 - adding protein sups to regular food is required to look like me. to look like u bro they can eat anything

  • @jasonsadventure

but no offense your muscles are great if you are telling te truth. and i dont eat tofu what the fuck
