How do we do this because mine is stuck on 'whats your favourite place' security question because i drew the shape wrong and its stuck on that so i cant access the menu Help!

@TheGerschDevice Try pulling the battery out. Place the battery back in and turn the device on. Are you able to follow the steps now?

@HDIntros190 So, just to confirm again the options:- Menu>Settings>SD Card,USB Mass Storage>Factory Data Reset. Are you not getting the option?

@O2GuruTV nope, i resetted it through the 'Sony Ericsson PC Companion 2.0' and its works nice now the phone just didnt recieve texts and kept freezing

@HDIntros190 I'd suggest using the option on the device itself instead of PC Companion. Make sure you save all the data prior doing that.
