@SAMAR1110 afghan Koochis and alabais are different dogs. Alabais have a heavier head and bone structure with a heavier dewlap. Kooscis have a longer thinner muzzle and leaner more athletic bodies. Both the dogs fall under the asian mastiff catagory but the areas of their origin have changed the physical attributes of the breeds. Watch Alabai and Koochi pups you will know what I mean.
@oblivious10011 okay friend if you are an expert of this breed kindly help me. i need to buy a afghan koochi or kangal or alabai. i live in karachi, pakistan. tell me how can i tell if a puppy is good breed? tell me some important classifications. i want a breed that would be exceptional guard dog, fierce, aggressive, and brave. he should also be tall and strong. which breed puppy should i buy?
@SAMAR1110 Good Alabais are not available in Pakistan. Alabais are more comfortable in colder regions they are very good guard dogs. A kangal again not available in Pakistan , the Anatolian Kangal is specifically a sheep dog, if you want a fierce and large Kangal you will have to go for a Fighting kangal which again is impossible to find in pakistan. If your wan t a fierce guard dog you will have to import an Afghan Kooci from Afghanistan.
@SAMAR1110 The Afghan Koochi is again of 3 types : the bigger and heavier mountain type called Djence Shairi (lion type), the tall and lean steppe type called Djence Palangi ( tiger type) and the shorter stalkier Desert type.In these 3 the Steppe type Afghan koochi ( Dgence Plangi) is the best suited for your needs. Its an excellent Guard dog, its brave and fierce and can live in climatic conditions in Pakistan easily.
@SAMAR1110 one piece of advice if you are in Karachi dont go for a dog with a heavy coat because the humid conditions in Karachi will adversely effect the coat of the dog making it look shabby all the time.
@SAMAR1110 I am not an expert on this breed but i did some research before I imported my pup from Afghanistan. I hope my research will help you get the dog best suited for you:)
you suck.. If you don't know how to do protection training don't do it... you will ruin the dog... if it is a natural gaurd dog don't train it to attack ..
I like how the they say in the beginning " We do not train the animals ", and then they proceed to showing pictures, and video of them training the dog.
this dog is not an Alabai its an afghan Koochee !

I like how the dog after some time begins to fade towards the handler in an effort to draw the agitator in.
