  • Probably can't hit the target shooting like that

  • u dont do this to any weapon u fucking retards!!!!!!!!!

  • im not hating but this seems like a good way to catch a round to the hand

  • @dstrong1337 the hand pulling the trigger would be the only one capable of getting up there, and if it were up there, the trigger wouldn't be getting pulled.

  • cool now all you need is a gun that will hold more than 8 bullets lol

  • @birdman117BxR I have a few, not handguns though.

  • Shaking like a leaf

  • what is bump fire?

  • Quit trolling this guy. He is just shaking... I mean just look at the god damn environment! It definitely is below freezing out where he is shooting.

  • @custombmxbydrew Dude there's snow outside and his hands are red as fuck, he is clearly cold.

  • chuck norris can bump fire hydrogen bombs

  • How did it half cock?

  • @perkalator104 it probably half cocked when he pulled the trigger while the slide was moving forward, hence the hammer stopping short of the firing pin.

  • Cool :)

  • according to ATF,as long as your finger is pulling the trigger for each shot its legal

  • after 0:16 it sounded like part of a Predator movie.

  • scared much? shaking like that while holding a pistol is not safe.

  • @custombmxbydrew not at all, It was freezing out. do you really think if I would shoot the thing if I was so scared of it I would be shaking!?

  • @custombmxbydrew No dude... He looks cold. I'm betting it's like 31 degrees right there.

  • @custombmxbydrew Relax, he probably has parkinsons.

  • everyone bump fires once....then you realize it was kinda cool, sounded great, but felt horrible in terms of safety, accuracy, and control...........and lord knows the antis will try to say every semi is a full auto as surely crazies will use bump-fire to go on killing sprees. good vid

  • fail!

  • i love the sound of that gun

  • this is how micheal j fox shoot's his gun's

  • What is bump fire

  • @Lopez4848 I'm no expert, but a bump fire is pretty much just using the recoil of the gun to pull the trigger. You would normally aim, and squeeze the trigger, but instead you still either your thumb or trigger/index finger against the trigger and push the gun forward. When it goes off you use the recoil to recover into another shot and can actually be faster than most fully automatic weapons.

  • wtf. . . that sounded crazy. . i all had robot ears going on or some shit in my brain cut loose o.O

  • why does every idiot try to use the backside of there thumb to bump a gun? your thumb is weak in that position, just use your weak hand trigger finger and lock your elbow to your side. easy peasy.

  • why would you need a automatic 1911?

If you really do you must really suck at aiming!

    Or be bored as hell!

  • idiot

  • @mbsmith8684 I know, I wrecked my pistol, shot myself, and 2 random people on my property. Oh wait none of that happened, my gun still runs 100% and has a very smooth action. I'm going to assume you can read, so next time when you are looking for a video, read the title, if you don't like it, don't click it. I have a good day.

  • @Halvorson The fact that your gun didn't explode makes this 0% less stupid.

  • @pleasereason The fact you think this would cause my gun to explode makes you 100% stupid.

  • @Halvorson LMFAO If you look up on your screen a bit you will see a comment of YOURS where you imply that the fact that your gun works fine means this wasn't a bad idea.

I love that you just didn't grasp my point.

  • @pleasereason You implied that it would cause my gun to explode. Which there is no way this would cause it to explode any more then shooting it regular. I also had other points in that comment about how there was nothing in the direction I was shooting. So what exactly was your point?

  • @Halvorson No, I didn't imply that at all. You know that I didn't. You are trying to pigeonhole my statement into an absurd comment. You made the statement that because your gun functioned fine after this, and because no one was injured, this isn't a bad idea. My point was that the lack of damage/injury is entirely irrelevant to the stupidity of this action. I just explained this in the below comment. You are a tool. Grow the fuck up and stop playing with weapons.

  • @Halvorson the only possible "justification" you could give for this is that it's fun. but something being fun has never been a logical justification. regardless of what you would like to convince yourself of, the lack of control you can possibly have in doing something like this makes it dangerous. since there is not a single good reason to do this, AND since it's dangerous, it's fucking stupid. as a gun owner you have an obligation to not be a jackass. either way, you are losing this one.

  • @pleasereason There you go, should've started with that argument, much better. You can use the next comment to explain how dangerous it was, even though you know nothing about the area I was in at the time I was doing this. Unless you think I could've shot myself, but that wouldn't be possible, for the gun to turn around on me, i would no longer be pushing forward with my right hand (which was causing the trigger to pressed).

  • @Halvorson i did. in the comment below i did explain. and your little breakdown of the "only possible" way that you can accidentally shoot yourself with this is one dimensional and stupid. the gun rotates on the vertical axis in a way that allows that to happen. it's not hard to imagine your right hand pushing/slipping forward, pushing the muzzle up. with you countering the motion with your left thumb, this would actually make it more likely. it's actually pretty simple, like your mind.

  • @pleasereason It actually rotates round the lateral axis, yaw motion would be around the vertical axis. So you think pushing forward into the thumb will cause the gun to rotate around the thumb and point at the shooter? Your wrist would have to disconnect. Your explanation was pretty bad though. Another thing to think, put your arms straight forward, bend your elbows and wrists backwards. I'm not very flexible I admit, a gun would not fit in between my hands and face.

  • That looks accurate as hell too!!

  • no, no 1911s were ever made full auto on purpose. it happened but only when some parts broke...

  • @cwross1976 from the factory no, but many of them have been modified by their owners.

  • @Halvorson like mister dillinger and his baby machine gun

  • @Halvorson actually yes- in the 1980s- the federal bureau of investigation (f.b.i.) actually made a full auto submachine gun like version with a alluminum stock and a 25 round stick magazine- or 20 round magazine- similar to the .45 acp thompson- the gun had many malfunction and mass production never came of it

  • @Halvorson Both wrong. Star made a full auto 1911. From the factory.

Sometimes people say dumb things on the internet.

  • @marshaul star's aren't real 1911's, they just look very similar

  • @Halvorson Define "real 1911". The parts aren't interchangeable, but then 1911 parts aren't generally drop-in in the first place. Kimbers aren't "real 1911s" either, doncha know. That doesn't stop 99% of people from calling them that.

  • @marshaul it doesn't have a grip safety, it has an external extractor. When I read about them, people call them 1911-inspired firearms, but don't refer to it as a 1911.

  • @cwross1976 wrong. not originally but they have been made in full-auto function.

  • @cwross1976 contrary to your belief they actually made one stock. very very rare. and sometimes asked from the shop custom. wasnt like a big thing because noone would want to deal with 45 slap full auto in a pistols form

  • @cwross1976 also, the 1911 auto, made by both Star and Colt is. well. auto.

  • CHUCK NORRIS CAN BUMP FIRE A RPG

  • the sound scared my wiener off too.

  • the sound scared my wiener off.

  • I still dont know why so many people gotta put thumbs down or straight up haterize people, its home videos, and this guy said hes sharing his first bumpfire online, thats pretty tight dude.

  • Nowhere in this video does the OP claim to be "trying to achieve a high degree of accuracy" or "trying to take down a man-sized target at 20 meters" or anything else. He is merely experimenting with the bump-fire concept, in a safe area where his bullets won't cause harm. Who honestly cares what he does with his own firearms? Based on his responses to comments, he is clearly an intelligent and reasonable individual. Everyone who whines about this needs to lighten the fuck up.

  • I cannot believe the level of idiocy reached in the comments on this video. First of all, a large number of people need to learn to read the description and maybe check out a few comments before asking the same stupid questions over and over again. Second, everyone who keeps saying that "bump firing has no purpose" needs to GTFO. It's the same as saying "burnouts have no purpose" in reference to cars. That is mostly true, but that doesn't mean they aren't fun.

  • @arnetude well the rest of the world laughs at "we estonians"

  • if only they them made automatic

  • @kingtaythe2 check out the video "Non Standard M1911A1 -A3?"

  • @kingtaythe2 The original ones were fully automatic but people apparently were unable to control them well enough so they were switched to semi automatic. I believe I read this in the Army handbook for the 1911.

  • if only they made automatic

  • Good way to shoot yourself in the head

  • You know. A simple alteration to a specific part can make that thing go full auto as well. Not going to say which part or how to modify it for obvious reasons.

  • @rvndmnmt yeah, I'm pretty sure id be able to, but its not worth the 10 years in prison. If i get the urge to go full auto ill just visit the range 15 min away with a wall full of them to rent haha.

  • i think you are holding pistol wrong

  • @RebeltilliDie45 I think my thumb came off the trigger before the hammer fell completely.

  • knowing what this gun feels like with 1 shot being fired, that looks like it would hurt like fuck. but be fun.

  • Everyone needs to stop crying if he wants to bumpfire then don't cry about it just don't watch the video.I thought it looked like it would be fun to try.

  • what an idiot!

  • How come you guys are crying like a bunch of little girls, It's his gun he can do with it what he wants.

  • you was frecking shaken like a old lady on a crane

  • @MegaFrank96 shaking is a way the human body creates heat when one is cold. If your able to type, you should be old enough to know this.

  • Bump Firing anything is an exercise in stupidity.

I have been shooting for over 50 years (virtually everything that will hold lead and powder) and I have never felt called upon to Bump Fire.

Sure, it looks kinda cool but it is hard on expensive weapons and totally useless and wasteful.

It's your gun, you can fuck it up however you want to.

  • @hammerogod Actually I doubt very seriously that anyone who buys a Colt 1911 themself would even think of bumpfiring it. Obviously this kid is ruining his dads guns for him.

  • @Stylensky That IS my gun, and I did pay for it. the gun is going through the same motions as it would if you fired it that many times in a row, the only extra wear would be the barrel heating up, and seeing as that was the only time I've ever done it, I don't think I have much to worry about.

Now I am sure you read the title to the video, so why did you click on it if you are so against it? Or is that what you do on your free time, find videos you don't like, and insult the poster.

  • @Halvorson

You can do anything you want with your gun.

Since I know that bump firing is not what the manufacturer designed the gun for nor is it a useful practice I just commented so that someone else might see utter pointlessness of exceeding the normal operating scope of what is one of the best firearms ever built.

I really don't care if you bury it in a mud puddle and drive over it with a bulldozer.

I only hope that MOST people will see that it is a useless, potentially dangerous practice

  • @hammerogod Exactly. He can fuck it up however he wants. So shut the hell up.

  • I went downhill skiing in -40c (which happens to be -40 f) didn't stay out very long, about an hour then the ski patrol dude told me to go inside.

  • you know it aint the same at exactly 32f its 0c you can do the math

  • @micahh182 lol, wow i was way off. -40c is ACTUALLY -104f. no one is doing anything at that temperature unless it's in a space suit.

  • That looks painful and dangerous.

  • Hello bump fire...goodbye accuracy.

Sure its impressive for YouTube audiences...but I much prefer to put 49 rounds through first hole. ;)

  • thats a weird sound. from the cold bet that thumb was stinging lol

  • Man, that looked like it was about to pop a wheelie on you! phew!

  • for all you retards that dont know what your talking about hes shaking because he is trying to bump fire a pistol, and hes using his thumb because its easier to try and bump fire any firearm with a more stable digit, EG a thumb. Also somthing was mentioned it was -15? i dont care if your prepared for -100, thats still fucking cold. quit crying

  • we estonians laugh at - 25F

  • instead of all these stupid "bump fire" videos why dont ppl just learn trigger control then they can rapid fire with accuracy. i dont get what the point of "bump firing" is

  • nice sound bro

  • WOW your such a girl that u shake when you shoot a pistol

  • You should really use the index finger for shooting, instead of your thumb.

  • This guy has balls. I'd bump fire a rifle, but not a pistol. Nicely done though. :)

  • its not about why its about being an American and being able to do anything you want as long as you remain safe and others are safe. People died for the rights of things like this to be done. It leads to talking, and leads to ideas, which leads to inventions! Nice video! Let me borrow that 1911 for a while...I'll polish the sear so much it WILL be full auto lol.

  • look at him shake XD

  • @matthewsaysbark It's from the cold, it was around -15 F.

  • @Halvorson LMFAO that's warm here in wisconsin...

  • @Dragunov1185 I'm in Minnesota. are winters are pretty much the same. and thats a - as in negative fifteen by the way ;)

  • @Halvorson Woops didnt see that! XD

  • @Halvorson I'm in Minnesota too, -15 is average temp this time of year

  • @Halvorson HA! WE CANADIANS LAUGH AT -15 F. AND -15C.

  • @MerchantOfDeath15 You realize -15 C is +5 F, right?

  • @Halvorson ... well anyway canadians laugh at cold

  • @MerchantOfDeath15 we americans laugh at canadians.. sorry had to say it

  • @TheRiggenbach o well Canada is safer than america and we have much less expencive health care

  • @MerchantOfDeath15 true. glad i'm in the marines. all the health care and insurance u can stand for free.

  • @MerchantOfDeath15 - they must be funding health care with the educational budget. your spelling clearly shows that you have paid for your low cost health care. canada should be safer with all of the ridiculous gun laws. i dont know why, but much of the time when i see a troll on youtube they are from canada. i have nothing against canadians, but banning you all from this site would instantly cut trolling in half.

  • @MerchantOfDeath15

Seems like you've got a much less effective schooling system as well, if your own posts are anything to go by.

  • @Halvorson Nope. Because he's Canadian.

  • @Halvorson You realize -15F is only -26C, right?

-30C to -40C is pretty common here in Ontario. You don't know cold.

  • @twizz420 lol i like it when people brag about how much it sucks where they live

  • @kalashnikov0906 yeah true hahaha... you'd think it'd be the other way around?

  • @twizz420 We beat our British oppressors early on so we didn't have to settle for living in

an arctic wasteland. You guys brag about the cold like its a badge of honor. Smart people

live in more human friendly environments.

  • @TheKobraKommander Smart people should also understand that not everyone has the choice to just move wherever they want.

And you'd be a bitch if you couldn't handle -40C, not smart. My cousins are 4 and 1 years old, and they don't give a shit if it's -40C as long as they can go sledding.

  • @twizz420 I bet they don't go sledding in -40C unless they have about 5 layers on. They would get frostbite so easily in that weather.

  • @ImTheBatchMan Well they live probably 50 feet from the park at their house and when they go to our grandparents there's a hill in the backyard to sled on... They never spend more than 20 minutes out in 40C weather and they're always covered head to toe.

  • @Halvorson He's Canadian, he doesn't even understand what math is.

  • @Halvorson i live in florida haha

  • @Halvorson We laugh at both. And your silly Fahrenheit system.

  • @Cds56 yeah, I agree, Celsius and metric systems are more practical.

  • @Halvorson what is - 15 C?

  • i know a guy that did this all the time with his 45 and slipped up and his thump slipped out and put a nice hole through the back of his hand he had 2 fingers amputated

  • @motokid156 that is a risk , id bump fire a rifle. i do not think id have the nads to bump fire a pistol tho

  • just watching this dumbass shooting had a chill move down my spine .. so much could go wrong .. /facepalm

  • Dude that didn't look safe at all.

  • @manatarms79 say by smokey the bear JUST STFU why u looking at this?

  • not tryin to sound like an idiot but wat is bump firing like how do u do it i might try with my 45. smith 1911

  • how does a bump fire works?

  • With a pistol its easier to just pull the trigger really fast than bump fire, but with rifles and stuff its harder

  • i still dont get exactly wat your doing to bump fire a hand gun?

  • @ccxx1234 There was no safety issues, there is nothing for miles in that direction. So what is so bad about it that I shouldn't be able to hold a firearm. Did you see the title when you clicked the link? So if you don't have anything better to do other than troll, then You sir shouldn't be allowed to possess, use, or hold a computer.

  • @Chronabislolol Your point is, because I cannot shoot it accurately? I know a lot of people shooting normal, who can't do it accurately. Does that mean they shouldn't be able to hold one either? And this is my page, so you can get out. You all need to stop crying, and move on with your life. There was no harm done in the making of this video.

  • its just a bit of fun so u sir GET A FUCKING LIFE

  • @Halvorson don't feed the trolls. It makes them grow bigger.

  • @ccxx1234 shut the fuck up nazi its a free country who are you to tell people that they cant own firearms go back to russia faggot.

  • @ccxx1234 and you should shut the fuck up. why don't you go jerk off to some fat asians playing queer ass songs on guitar or something.

  • @ccxx1234 Why not?

  • @ccxx1234 hippie

  • @ccxx1234 No shit.

  • can u do that wit airsoft..........13 years old cant shoot da real thing :(((((

  • @Shinymew12 no, It uses recoil. Luckily you can buy a full auto airsoft gun!

  • @Shinymew12 why dont u ask ur dad to buy u one. Im 13 and hav like 30 guns.

  • @Shinymew12 You can, buy those recoil-action type airsoft pistol, entry level enough for youngsters but won't blown your wallet that much.

Still, if you're underage, better do so with adult supervision, and do it outdoor...

  • @Shinymew12 Maybe with one that has simulated recoil...

  • @Shinymew12 with a gas one you can, I just did it!

  • whats the point of bump firing????

  • @musardus Because if your able to do it right, it feels like fully automatic. Some people enjoy that feeling. I for one do, although I rarely ever bump-fire, because I also enjoy the sport of shooting accurately, which is cheaper, and doesn't wear a gun out as fast.

  • amateur....sucks....such a begginer

  • @fox3tube you are correct, I see you read the description.

  • @fox3tube Especially since you can't spell "beginner", who are you to talk?

  • @fox3tube According to your profile, you live in the UK. You have to get a license for a freaking BB gun. Your opinion is nil.

  • I'd be careful if i were you, my dad's classmate did this and blew his head off when he was in highschool.

  • @LieutenantIDan doubt that very much, you would have to be pulling the gun, instead of pushing it, if it were to turn all the way back at you. If there really was that much recoil the gun would go above my head too, not at my face.

  • @Halvorson @LiuetenantlDan Ok I'm half asleep, I dont know what I was thinking, you wouldn't be pulling it, you would still be pushing the gun. So i guess if you were super flexible, it would be possible. But with a .45 you would have to be weak, and like i previously stated, flexible.

  • dude thats way too big of a slug to bump fire.

  • now I want to see someone bump fire a 50. AE desert eagle

  • 0:20 to 0:28 Is it just me or does this sound remind you of the phone thing in the matrix??

  • A classic example of another american dumb shit, of whom I wish inherits a third eye socket!

  • It's much more fun with a commercial AK, or an AR-15... But you should put your thumb in your belt loop, and pull your arm back, reducing the chance of... Accidents...

  • @tabguy14 I have another vid where I tried it with my AK. It was my second time doing it, the first time I didnt film and it went much better. I feel more uncomfortable doing the belt loop style way with a pistol. And I really dont feel like there was much chance for accident this way anyway. With both of those guns Ive only done it a couple times, so I never got good at it. Its just one of those things I wanted to try, but wont do again because its too expensive haha.

  • Can you actually hit anything at a distance greater than 1 metre doing that ?

  • @gladio4ever

    No, but it's fun :D

  • @zanuha

Ok ... fair enough ...as long as your having fun XD

  • fail

  • well that didnt hit the target!

  • this guy fucking sucks

  • Slow mo sounds like a zombine from half life ep2

  • dont use your thumb

  • bump fire if you want to make a lot of noise and look like a bad mother fucker but at the same time not hit anything you were aiming at!

  • and bump firing accomplishes what???

  • @scandmx5atl Looking badass and having fun.

  • @scandmx5atl the closest thing u get to automatic fire w/o living in a fun red state :D.... i live in commifornia so bumb fire is all i can do :c no mags holding more than 10 rounds, no barrel shorter than 20inches er so, no .50, no automatic, no concealed carry w/o an "authorized/passed" permit, no mods to weapons, no incinderary, no AP rounds, no tracers, no belt fed, no burst, etc... lol democrat states suck ass!

  • @SuperSneakySniper you would love the state of GA. as long as you're not a felon you can have a locked and loaded conceal permit, autos with fed stamp, 25+ round mags, a freind of mine owns a class 3 gun store- supressors and such if that's your thing
