It's a wonderful family, however some of their values are very strange.  Jesus came that we should live life and live it more abundantly. These kids can't play sports because they have to wear long skirts or long trousers - can't play football or tennis. Not allowed to dance . That's just oppressive. Dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways of expressing joy in life. The girls have only the option of becoming midwives. Can't they aspire to being a lawyer or a pilot if they want.

Really as a competitive dancer...the dancing rule seems harsh...I mean that's like no classical ballet or pointe (which I do)....there is nothing wrong with most dancing...even my jazz and tap are fine
