Kenpachi's leech-patch shouldn't have come off in the fight with Ichigo. The power system makes a lot less sense the way Bleach goes. I guess Tite Kubo really wanted to stress the importance of resoluteness, but I still hate it. I still like that it's like a nuclear explosion when Kenpachi uses two hands.
