@flowerl27 i honestly don't know, i had it on for almost an hour and it didnt seem like it was drying, so i doubt that it does or it takes a reallly long time, but for the time i had it on it didnt drip past where i placed it because the corn syrup makes it thick enough so i guess that's good right? maybe you could mix some sort of powder in it if you need it to dry

@sydkiller19971 yeah the foundation i have is sheer and i was too tanned at this point to cover it up completely, this tutorial more about how to do the eyeshadow and blood than anything, but people can fix it up however they like :)

@123makemepretty that's what i thought too when i saw the recipe online but it actually didnt, i think the corn syrup makes it thick enough that the colour doesn't absorb into your skin or pores.
