  • I just ordered one of these... Shipping was $146. I hope it comes gift wrapped or at least not smashed.

  • NICEEEE!!! I WANT ONE...

  • Expensive? Think what a communications receiver that had a 50 mHz real time spectrum scope/water fall would cost 10 years ago. If you could even get one that is. :)

I have had one for a number of months and I'm very impressed with it. The software is up dated regularly as issues are found. Also the user support is very good so I would recommend this unit to any serious listener.

  • Nice, but could do with much more in depth to cover all feature and more importantly all levels of viewers. Maybe a series of video's ?

  • Nice!, but extremely expensive for just a HF receiver.

  • @superhuevosdehombre -- "...extremely expensive..." -- care to elaborate? At $900, it's priced fairly in the SDR marketplace and a can come very close to the receive performance of your $3,000-5,000 HAM transceivers. The included software offers some very nice features.

  • Bob, I highly recommend showing off the wide-range waterfall capability of the Excalibur. The spectrum scope is quite dull to look at all day.
