Just saw the movie last night: it was great, perhaps the best out of the lot I saw this year.

Also I can't help but think of this rap just after seeing the movie (the lyrics were spot-on for the movie, just as they were for the viral campaign)

Here's hoping more people hear about this number as they did for the movie. It needs that.

It's half-documentary, half-action movie.

The documentary introduction shows the premise of the story and introduces the human protagonist and the alien condition. It then leaves this aspect and goes into a normal cinema narrative after a while. It then ends with the documentary narrative to show the conclusion.

But, honestly, description betrays truth. As other critics have said: go watch the movie.

This movie is actually a metaphor for the segregation and terrible conditions that real people actually have to live with in Africa. The amount of alienation people have to suffer through has been translated into them actually being aliens. I guess it's kinda a way to say how absolutely terrible humans can be and are and they show how unevolved our societal behavior is by pitting it against aliens. Looks very intriguing and I want to see it.
