One, Britain and Russia are not more powerful than the United States militarily speaking. Although Britain comes close in terms of technology, they are simply just too small.

Two, the situations in Iraq and Afghanistan are much more complex than just killing everything that moves. Think of the global out lash that would occur if the US dropped the bomb on Iraq.

A single SSBN alone can carry enough warheads to destroy 25 cities the size of New York. Pretty damn impressive.

I hope you all believe me. I was on a Trident sub with plenty o' trident Missiles. Though I never got to be involved in a DASO, that was absolutely A boomer at Cape Canaveral, FL.

For those that think they know what their talking about, DASO stands for demosnstration and shake down operations. And yes, well tell all the countries what were doing so that they can observe our power. Hence "demonstration". I'm getting sick of idiots on Utube.
