That's a good point. I actually moved him to a 26 gallon tank, but for some reason, although I was careful he didn't do well in the transition and died a couple weeks later :(:(
Great sized tank 4 a betta but still, could be bigger. You will find ur fighter much more interesting if u give him space to explore, caves, plants, rocks, bog wood etc.
