Honestly, whoever *whoever* plays Selina Kyle must have, above all, chemistry with Bale. He had no chemistry with either Rachel Dawes and that storyline was lackluster because of it. (Think Keaton and Pfieffer's chemistry in BReturns...amazing).

If she's in this movie I hope that Nolan will bare similarities with the Catwoman from the comics. We have NEVER seen the Catwoman/Selina Kyle on celluloid like she is in the comics today. I want to see somewhat version of the beautiful, seductive socialite Selina Kyle by day and the cunning, skilled cat burgular Catwoman by night.

This movie is gonna need a love interest(if the past flicks are anything to go by) and you cannot do better than Selina Kyle. Nolan has done a great job with these films and after that atrocious Halle Berry movie something needs to be done to bring respect back to the character and the name.

I agree with your actresses choices and yeah Ifeel Catwoman isan important part of the Batamn saga as she is proabably the only villian who Batman would and has comprimise his morals for, he lets her get away and is reluctant to catch her. Bale's Batman is so serious and firm on his view of good and evil it'd be intersting to see the reaction to Catwoman . Plus they could realkly pull on the whole idea that she reflects Batman so when they fight Bruce is sort of fighting himself

How exactly? Is Catwoman any less important to the Batman mythos than Two-Face or the Joker? Nolan managed to put Ra's al ghul and The Scarecrow in "Batman Begins", and they're not nearly as well-known. After that rediculous Halle Berry movie - in which she didn't even play Selina Kyle - Catwoman needs to be portrayed more faithfully to the comics.

Omitting her from the films because some people can't divorce themselves from how inaccurately she's been portrayed in the past, would be a crime!

Is there supposed to be some news about IM2 soon? Seems to me they're running out of time to make up their minds regarding Emily.

I just read on Variety that it's looking more likely that Emily will indeed be able to do both Gulliver's Travels and IM2, but nothing official still.

I wish we knew for certain that Catwoman will be in Batman 3! Because then Emily would probably hold out for it instead of signing on to IM2. Right now everyone's in the dark about Catwoman.

I wish I had more Emily footage to work with tho! I had to scavenge the internet for these tiny clips of her because I don't have any dvds of her movies :(. I wanted to make her part of my video as long as Natalie's.
