Ellis Schools of Traditional Aikido Sword Kata

Is this a kendo kata performed with iaito? this style of sword does not look like any iaido I have seen before.

Anyone help and who is Kenshiro Abbe & Tomio Otani?

No offense but this reminded me of a mating dance between two birds. Much respect though. Very scary training with live steel.

So the Oki-koki lives on; or is it the aiki-koki!! Lol. "You put your left foot in, your left foot out, in, out in, out and ...." It might be traditional, but it looks odd.
