wow i really want to make this. do you think it would be possible to add another layer of fabric on top to make it just a skirt, and not like a petticoat type underskirt? :)

I love your voice and your creativity its so inspiring makes me want to start sewing again but alas my machine is back home. Did you take a sewing class to know the basics of it or did you teach yourself?

wouldnt it make the skirt puffier if you pulled on the elastic while sewing the fabric, then close it? :) lovely tutorial still
