Is there a certain symbolism associated with placing the dragon tattoos in the shoulder area? Or is it just less pain? I think a great tattoo would be a dragon spewing fire, and the fire burns into your skin to show...who knows. A very detailed tattoo but if someone could pull it off it would be great.
