In the options you can enable something called track wrapping. This makes it so if you are one the far left or far right you can press l or r and it brings you to the track on the other side. Really useful.

I use both thumbs. I use left and up arrows and the triangle and circle buttons. That's the default controls but you can change it to whatever you want.

Well, I'm pretty sure RemoteJoy allows you to control the psp through the keyboard. I believe it also allows joypads. There might be some way to get your idea to work but it would probably be really complicated.

I've been working out the logistics of your proposal.

It would be really tricky but possible with at least a PS2 SG guitar controller because of how the Start and Select buttons are laid out. You'd probably be really confused, though, because you'd be doing things with it you aren't used to.

This is how it should be configured, IMO (left is the controller, right is RB:U equivalent):

G -> R

R -> Y

Y -> G

B -> B

Track switch left would be Select and switch right would be Start.

I've got a better idea for the track switching--use the strum bar. Don't know which directional mapping would be more intuitive (up->right, down->left or vice versa) but you'd probably be able to customize it anyway. You wouldn't really need to strum the notes, because they're already designed around pressing buttons (so there aren't any long, fast sections of one color).

wrong. It has a pretty intuitive layout. And this is expert difficulty, so it isn't that hard. Only the chords like GB and RY are annoying.

Nope you have to hit every note. There are no HO/POs whatsoever. That's why FC's are gonna be incredibly hard.

remotejoy. I was using 0.19 and it seemed to cause control problems. I downloaded 0.20a it stills seems to overhit in the menus but in song works. really wierd but try upgrading to 0.20a and see if that fixes it.
