Please can someone help me...

I would like to gain access to my higher self and not through lucid dreaming..

Astral experiences for me are few and far between..

I dared to read only a small section of 'the Necronomicon'.. i have no desire to use the latter part of the book for demonology.. but in the first few chapters it says a way of gaining '1 minute' of your 'god dimension'.. but the preparation of what u wanna change in your life is too confusing and im not ready.

Is there another way?

HS as you know, is you, but made up of unconditional love energy & higher connected consciousness; concerned with well-being & spirituality & gives strong intuition or feelings. So I find if you get quiet in the Now moment & set your ego aside, you can get direct impressions. My own shortcut is to go to facade dot com under Stichomancy & ask her questions... I always get back lovely direct answers by way of poetry, etc. I use it to talk to my Twin Soul also.
