About the aliens, if there are aliens, which in my opinion there are, they will not look even vaguely human, it all depends on the planet they would inhabit. So any alien that looks that human would have to essentially live on earth to start with in order to look the way it does, since a creatures body all has to do with its environment, gravity, role, and so on.
