As much as he pretends that the book is about him and not Madonna herslef, all the people that have actually purchased the book (including myself) they did it simply because of Madonna. We wanted to know more about her and not about him. So in this respect he really has used her to get attention and money. In the end though, I can't say that the book portraits a bad Madonna. @STadriana Totally agree! I've admired her music and her moxie, but she is a bitch. She's behaved irrationally towards her kin, and sent her grandmother Elsie, who was really nice to her while growing up, only $500 a month and paid utilities for her. And that was it, so far as I know from the book he wrote. Of course he needed the money! She didn't pay him what normal interior designers got!

Having read Christopher's book I found some of the facts to be inaccurate so what else has he got wrong? I think this is his way to try and get Madonna's attention (as his life is nowhere near as exciting as is was with her) and make money of course!!

I wonder what madonna or even Guy have got to say about all the homophobic attention at the wedding. I've experienced a similiar alienation by similiar guys here in the UK. It happened and I bet neither of them have the courage or the acting ability to deny it. Guys friends actions are bad and they thought they got away with it. they too fell under the all empowering presence of Madonna, but you see, no matter what prejudice will never work in your favour.

Personally, thinking he is a bit jealous/pissed that he can't control Madonna or at least be her #1 pal anymore. "revealed intimate details"?? Yet again, the journos don't do their homework. Anyone who's read the book will know that it's got no intimate details in it at all. And yes, the book IS about him and his opinions of his career, which has been inseparable from hers for a long time. Big deal. There's nothing in the book that will even come close to hurting Madonna's public image or career, and very little that Chris hasn't also said in public many years ago.
