no, its blairgorie back beach. If you go down there and then enter the carpark go to your left theres a long path in the sand and it leads to the rock. Im sorry but you're wrong, next time do your research before you post a comment like this. I live in Portsea, its right near this beach (its at the end of the morninton peninsula.)
