I use to play at Olomana Golf course in Hawaii and saw her play quite often just before she became a Pro. She is a beautiful girl, & can play really well, but sadly, the media hyped her too much & her dad didn't get out of the way soon enough. I have never had a problem with the idea of women playing in men's tournaments, but feel that it is on her to know that the time to bow out of the men's tournaments has probably already gone, unless she can get quite a bit better. She's a super girl tho.
So she finally won a fucking tournament. Big fucking deal. It's a LPGA, for Pete's sakes. I just hope she never embarrasses herself by trying to compete with guy again and has to fake another injury or illness or some other bullshit...

@Jospehporta Could not agree with you more.....It seems that most golf fans run across someone that is half decent from the get go they want to proclaim them some sort of phenom. Why was it her sponsers and the golf media wanted her, at the beginning, on a mens PGA tourney? Maybe she should be allowed to play with the men, providing she plays from the gold tees and Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Freddie Couples can play an LPGA Tourney.

@JessicaD04 That must have been awesome! I've never seen her in person...I'd love to see her live really rip one on a par 5. I'm sure just the sound of her driver hitting the ball would wake the dead :)
@LVmusiclover She doesn't drive it over 325+ yards. In fact if you look at her stats her avg is somewhere around 270-280 yards and her irons are much shorter. The media love to say she can drive it over 300 yards and occasionally she can when it's a downwind, downhill hole. It's become a joke all the media hype surrounding her distance.

@tgr98 If Michelle Wie continues to drive the ball 325+ yards her carreer will be over by the time she is 25.
She'll have severe back problems and end up as muni course pro.
