I've got this same body on my blade 400. This 500 body by Align adjust very well to the blade. No vibration or shaking. I just recently bought the military version also.
I get about 5 mins. Prob could push it out a bit more but it isn't worth the risk to the battery or the heli. Does look good in the air even if I do say so myself. Getting the head speed just right is crucial, vibe issues etc.
Oh you had the 430XL, I've got that too, which pinion and throttle settings did you use? I only get about 6-7 minutes without a scale body. With, would probably be 3-5 mins?

Are you at 100% throttle?
How much weight does the body add?
What flight times do you get?
I would think that it'd reduce the flight times.
