What's this talk in these old comments about this being similar to "Wonderwall"? Besides the fact that this song is better, the only real similarity I noticed was the music video, but I don't think sitting in a chair and singing is copyrighted :| That and this song has more variety...

Hmm well Don't look back in anger was about.. early 1996 and this was originally released in 1997, so it's entirely possible there was influence. the pillows do take it into a different direction though, and really there's a strong Beatles feel to both of these songs, more than anything.

Can't sue over chord progressions. Besides, the chord progressions for One life and Wonderwall are extremely common. They've been used thousands of times in the past, and will in the future as well. There's nothing to sue about.

Also, come on, what significant relationships are there between the two songs in terms of chorus and lyrics. Not to mention Manabe's lead guitar.

Hahahah. I've been a Pillows fan for 3 years.. They're definitely my favorite band and I jam thier songs all the time. You would be suprized how many foreing fans they have, there are quite a few.

Not a whole lot of them yet though... But I show this band to everyone I can and I hope they get more fans. I'd do almost anything to have them tour in my town.
