My friend, I suggest you study some literature, before you make such comments.

Parkour and free running was founded by two friends, David went for parkour, the other black guy went ofr free running.

Parkour is without stunts, FR is with. Thats the main dif.

You have a nice gym, but please don't call this real parkour. What you show in this video has nothing to do with parkour.

We made this for a school assembly to show them basically what we do at our gym, the real parkour skills part was a joke for those who didnt know what we did, i admit we do more of the tricking than anything close to parkour, but we just make do with what we have and try to do our best
