I was about 19 when this came out, I think. I learned of it through a friend, and used her copy, but shortly after I found the game "Zeus" with a Poseidon expansion on sale for cheap, and that stole my attention. "Emperor" followed, and now Caesar IV.

As for the vid.; the quality stinks. I get that it's a big city, but you should take taken this with a better camera or taken video directly from the computer if possible.
