her flip also, werid toe pick. she should keep her leg straight before jumping not bending then toe picking. no wonder she has low chance of succeeding the flip. anyways what a gread senior debut of her and wish good luck.
she has exactly the same jumping technique as mao asada. that yamada coach is teaching lutz wrongly. anyways, i am scared she might turn out like mao asada, (her bad jumping technique caused her disaster for 2010 and 2011 season). she has better artistry compare to mao. i hope she can fix that flutz and her triple toe loop which she has that weird leg position just before jumping.
Kostner is a lovely skater but with her jump content she got some gifts-definetely reputation points. Murakami should have been ahead of her imo. Kanoko has a more mature look here than in her SP. She's headed in the right direction! :) Her one real flaw that I hope she works on is she's got a bit of a mule kick on some of those jumps.
@schnisha95 Yes, I hate when an athlete can't perform to potential. Kostner is a hot or cold skater rather often but she really had to water down this season. She's known for great speed across the ice and the jumps-when she's in top shape. :)

i hope this season shell change her triple toe- triple toe to a triple flip- triple toe!!! :D all her jumps are high so shes capable of doing that

other than the flutz, she has pretty good jump technique. hope she upgrade her 3+3 into 3F+3T next year.

@faeryquene i have to disagree on the kostner comment. when she skates, she looks pretty weak. she just ReALLY lacks power.
