The strategy is to stay on the outside of the map and hunt snipers. Throw smokes out in front of you and then mow them down with the thermal thru the smoke. If anyone gets too close, you can decently hipfire with steady aim. Snipers can't find you with or without thermal scopes due to smoke & cold blooded. It's great. U can also use a OMA/DC class to call in air support for added insult and switch back.
