When a white person hires a white person, why is it because he is a racist?
If the majority of people in a country are white, then it would make sense if the workplace represents that. According to the "Equality act", the minority will be chosen over the white person, to "eliminate discrimination against people of color"; basically, the Equality act chooses a MINORITY over a white person, not because the minority is black or Asian, but because he is not white. Anti-Racism is Anti-white.
It’s a pity the Equality act 2010 doesn’t apply to the government when they discriminate against disabled people & the Unemployed accusing them of being lazy & cant be bothered to work They use these excuses so they can cut down on welfare bills pushing the Disabled & unemployed into poverty The biggest discrimination of all times is when governments make speeches saying the majority of Unemployed & disabled don’t want to work
@DackIsBack Unfortunately our governments are above the law they pass laws & break them because when they get caught the secret societies ie the Freemasons will help them out its like all the corruption going on in the banking industry Worst still the British government is planning to replace the magna carted with the bill of rights so they can make the system even less democratic

It's a shame that these laws don't also apply to government who wrote them.
