  • Good Job. :-)

  • @roman6a

Thanks for the constructive criticism! I always appreciate advice from people with nothing more than a single game video and who type like they're 13 years old!

  • where did you get that sheet? it´s awesome!

  • very cool

  • keep up the good work

  • It actually sounds 8-Bit. Really, is there any other music better than that?

  • its perct to the credits for the first castlevania more slow

  • i agree.

it sounds too "flat", he should tru to play it as if he really meant it

  • Dude, you're wearing the "Green Linen Shirt". You rock.

  • Very good! Sounds just like the original NES!

  • Wow very good. Alot of the video's i seen that were playing the original vampire killer were too fast. The tempo on this one is perfect! :D

  • good work, a bit slow but 5/5.

  • amazing

  • Really Awesome. I want to play keyboard like you

  • nice. keep on playing

  • 5 stars

  • Its all about the perspective.

  • Keep it up :D

  • It matches the tempo in the PAL version perfectly. Also, some remixes in later games are this slow.

  • Some of them are this slow, but the majority have a faster version of this theme though. But tempo up or down it sounds great :)

  • great job, should be longer and tempo needs to be a weee bit faster and its perfect

  • someone tell me the bass notes please?

a tutorial for this didn't really fit x( but this sounds awesome!

so someone give me the bass notes!

  • you do that on organ mode or something :D

  • Well it's OK. Just consider it an interpretation of Vampire Killer.

    I like it.

  • Your ass is too small. b(*-*)d

  • Awesome!!!

  • the notes are right but up the tempo

  • I would like this version better than Daniel Brown's if it were up to speed. I think if Daniel Brown's version were combined with this one, it would be perfect. I guess I'll post a video of my attempt at doing this...

  • can I get I link to Daniel Brown's? I can't find it through normal searching on youtube...

  • hmm... thanks for the link. okay- about getting up to (his) speed: the version I play is practically all sixteenths in the bass, which gets crazy hard at higher speeds, and the right hand part at 00:16 is much more complicated than his simplified version. That granted, he's obviously leagues above me, although upon reflection, I could probably play this piece much better now, than when I first recorded it.

  • The beginning reminded me of Charlie Brown, haha. Nicely done, however.

  • so cool

  • I can't do the left hand damnit!! You have any tip for keeping a constant rythm?

  • I have no crazy tips that would make you say "why didn't I think of that?" but I did it just by practicing the left hand alone first (slowly), and then (slowly) combining it with the right. Try to hear the bass rhythm in your head before you play it (the Minibosses's version of VK starts with just bass; it's badass); that might also help.

  • well, I can do the left hand from 0:25 and forth, but the part before is so hard to merge with the right hand. I guess you're right, there's no problem practice haven't solved yet for me. I'll keep learning it very slowly, but i'll keep learning. And the Minibosses's version is badass indeed, lol.

  • The timing seemed to be slow, its a good play but its just very slow compared to the normal timing. But at least you kept it the same throughout.

  • You P.C fucking faggot, who gives a fuck of what you think. There's nothing you can say. Dumbass.

  • damn man you nailed it good job

  • nice man, can you send me the sheet please?

  • great!!!! but do you have tutorial

    ?

  • no, sorry...

I really don't think I'm good enough to be instructing other people.

  • try =P youre amazing i think you can handle a tutorial :D

  • OMG, i love you. marry me.

  • nice, do you know the simons quest town theme?

  • nope. haven't found the sheet music for it.

  • ...why is there delay? yea i read the description and stuff, just wonderin whats wrong.

  • I'm actually not sure. If you look at my later videos you'll notice that the problem is magically fixed (at some point I did send my camera out to be repaired... hmm).

  • ...guess it was the camera :-/. nice job btw ^_^

  • The intro sounds kind of like "Linus and Lucy"

  • awesome!!!

  • nice

  • yay excellent! Do Simon's theme next!

  • very good castlevania themes are the best!

You should try also Wicked Child the one from the level 3 of the first game

  • did you kept pedal all the song? o.o

  • XD

if I kept the pedal on the whole time, it would sound really, really muddled after about 5 seconds.

  • yup. there's a pedal involved.

  • did u use a pedal or something how do you enable de option por kepeing the notes fading slower??

  • the sheet music can be found here: w w w dot ninsheetmusic dot net

  • i love yhis song, can u put a left hand tutorial or give my the notes plz

  • Kinda screwed up 20 seconds in, but hey, maybe that's just my jealousy kicking in. I can't play anything

  • i dont know i love this keep playing it over and over ^^

  • i liked it it sounds beautiful simple and clean hehe nice play!

  • Why don't all your fuckers who are bitching and complaining about his technique post your own version of it? A for effort.

  • its nice but you must do it more faster 4´5/5

  • I will give it 11 out of 10.

  • Awsome

  • Good job. I would suggest keeping the tempo uniform and it would sound so good.

    Keep at it!

  • gave it 4/5, it was very good but it needs just a little bit more for me to gief full score :)

  • Nice play! :)
