I love taking the ferry there on weekends and during the summer. I visit my grandfather ther a lot too and its always nice to be in an atmosphere where you see all these happy tourists. It feels kind of like an amusement park, meanwhile people are just going about their daily life

I live in Staten Island, so its as little as 15- 20 minutes to manahattan. It's really nice to live so close- you dont realize how great it is until your not there. Me and my family do take advantage of it though, we go there a lot on weekends, especially in the summer and during christmas time. I love Radio City and Rockerfeller Plaza. And of course Times Square and Broadway
