In science a theory can be supported by a formal system of logic. It may not be conclusive or can be disproven but it has some form of observable logic.

God is neither theory nor logic as a God or gods cannot be observed through nature and no religious text can even define what the hell as god is.

Even if there was a god then so what? Neither Islam, Christianity or Judaism can claim that their idea of god is the correct god and as far as you and I are concerned god is not relevant.

All we atheists want is hard evidence of a god.

Simply said we don't know if there is a being called God, Allah, Yahweh etc. But all religion does is make claims that cannot be backed up whatsoever.
