I just want to point out that "mexican style" quesadillas don't exist, quesadillas are from mexico, and AUTHENTIC quesadillas doesn't have cheddar on them.
Quick, easy & delicious! I know the authentic quesadillas only have cheese in the tortilla, but I love veggies so I stuff mine with lots of them. Be as creative as you like!
