social contract is a voluntary of a solvereignty to merge and to gain protection from bigger entity, which might consist of republicism or fedaralism, to govern the entity under one rule of law.. without having mistreat of any citizen within the solvereignty. we did gave up the collection of state income, and contribute to federalism to allowed the central government protection and developement.
