@kbd668 I wouldn't say this is true. I love takeaway food (McDonlads, KFC, Hungry Jacks) but we were way too poor to get it when we were young. We would have takeaway maybe 2-3 times a year for birthdays or special occasions. Now I eat takeaway at least once a week. Unfortunately fast food is usually very tasty so we tend to over indulge.The trick is simply to balance out with normal healthy eating and exercise.
