Man, and I thought I had come up with an "original idea" I just ordered some speech chips to do pretty much *exactly* the same, thinking, no way has anybody thought of this. Well congrats, I like it, and like your beats. Thumbs up. What micro are you using to drive the chip?

I like it. sounds cool. are some of the noise/hi-hat sounds coming from the SP0256, or is it just making vowel sounds?

Hi there, yes you are right... some of the hi-hat-esque sounds are coming from the SP0256, but not all of them. Thanks for the comment!
