He was always misunderstood in everything he did. People are so blind sometimes. Michael's face didn't change much at all! He had three nose jobs and had a cleft put in his chin. Accompanied with vitiligo, and simple natural ageing - that is it. The media tried to create a monster out of Michael, choosing generally poor photos of him to publish. Everyone takes a bad photo some time! Compare his face here with TII or the Bad era and it is very very similar. Michael was truly timeless. What a genius. He looks stunning here :)

@Bella760205 I think part of the reason Michael Jackson came a little off at times during his TV appearances in the 2000's was because he was addicted to prescription drugs. I think it definitely could have made his functionality a little off at times and it definitely possibly magnified his feelings of depression. By the time he got to his 40's, I think he felt more inadequate and less in control of what he loved to do most, which is perform and make music, and he just completely shut down.

the person interviewing him kept it really clean. prolly the most well coordinated mj interviewer i've seen interview him. didn't try and go too personal, i like that. only if others were like this. you can also tell mj enjoyed himself through this. sometimes it was so damn hard watching mj interviews cuz most of them were trying to put him down and bring painful things that are not true about him. i'm loving that facing hair. No matter how unhappy he could have been with his looks, he was always a beautiful man inside and out. He had the most beautiful smile. He looked best when he smiled and laughed. Thats the way I want to remember him. He was fun.

Michael's face didn't change much at all! He had three nose jobs and had a cleft put in his chin. Accompanied with vitiligo, and simple natural ageing - that is it. The media tried to create a monster out of Michael, choosing generally poor photos of him to publish. Everyone takes a bad photo some time! Compare his face here with TII or the Bad era and it is very very similar. Michael was truly timeless. What a genius. He looks stunning here :)

@Bella760205 I think part of the reason Michael Jackson came a little off at times during his TV appearances in the 2000's was because he was addicted to prescription drugs. I think it definitely could have made his functionality a little off at times and it definitely possibly magnified his feelings of depression. By the time he got to his 40's, I think he felt more inadequate and less in control of what he loved to do most, which is perform and make music, and he just completely shut down.

I love it when i find a nice MJ interview from after i was born! It seems after i came along all they seemed to ask him about was his "obsession" with children.

There was no person alive that could match Michael's genius when it came to writing music and lyrics. Also, there has never been, or will there ever be, anyone with the vision's and the purpose that Michael Jackson possessed. Everything that Michael did, had a purpose, from his singing, his dancing, his interpretive skills, and his absolute mastery at commanding the stage when he performed. People will say what they will, but I tell you, Michael Jackson was an angel, walking the planet!

What happened is that the American media started a modern day witchhunt on Michael. They were rentless in their malicious reporting of Michael's life and all the rumors took a toll on Michael. They never gave him a chance to rebuild his image, they were not satisfied until Michael was totally destroyed. Michael was just another human being, just like you and me, he hurt, he bled, the problem was we never gave his wounds a chance to heal, he never stopped bleeding!

At the time, no-one grasped the true meaning of those words, they where scruitanized by the tabloids, who came to the conclusion, that is was just another weird, out of this world-and-no-to-be-taken- seriousely note from Wacko Jacko. I think you absolutely nailed what Michael meant. He was hurt, as simple as that, he bled for years :'(
